Spring 2010

Difficult Conversations
The only way to effectively and appropriately handle conflict is to actually deal with it. Most people avoid the difficult conversations that can result from taking care of these workplace or personal situations, but learning just a few rules to live by in this area can make something that could be potentially unpleasant into something that is more manageable.
by Barton Goldsmith, Ph.D.

Independent Artists will also find great advice from Milon Townsend as he shares how to deal with the trials, but also benefits, that are encountered while teaching classes and seminars in Teaching for the Independent Artist—Working with Teaching Assistants and Students.

You can find the rest of these articles in the Spring 2010 issue of Profitable Glass Quarterly.
