Inspired by the dancers who frequented his glass shop in Manhattan, torchworking artist, Milon Townsend, has spent years studying the human body and transforming glass into sculptures. He refuses to accept the size limitations that most people feel are inherent in torchworked glass and produces larger-than-usual pieces.
