Franklin Art Glass
While Franklin flexes to adapt to changing times, some things remain the same. As a traditional, old-line studio, Franklin workers labor under the strong influence of the old traditional crafters. Today, Franklin still uses some of the same techniques for cutting glassusing a carbide wheel glasscutter that is dipped with each cut rather than being oil fedand working without saws. The company has also developed a reputation for keeping a wide selection of glass and supplies in stock and being able to get them to small studios right away.
